This is a "First Day Cover" from the new Oviedo, Fla., Chuluota Rur. (Rural) Sta. (Station) Jun 24, 8 AM, 1961, the day after the postal service merged Chuluota with Oviedo. It is not know how long this lasted before mail was simply carried to Oviedo for postmarking. Probably a fist hour as well since it was postmarked at 8 A.M. (Scott 1183.)
